Shipping Methods

Three modes of transport, chosen based on your timeline, budget, and order volume.

Sea Freight

FCL (Full Container Load): 20ft, 40ft, or 40HQ. Most cost-effective for large orders.

LCL (Less than Container Load): Shared container for smaller orders. Pay only for the space you use.

Typical transit: 15–40 days depending on destination

Air Freight

Fast delivery for urgent restocks, seasonal launches, or high-value compact products. Airport-to-airport service.

Typical transit: 3–10 days depending on route

🚀

Express Courier

DHL, FedEx, UPS. Door-to-door with full tracking. For samples, small orders, and urgent SKUs.

Typical transit: 3–7 days worldwide

Loading Management

Container Loading

Loading is the last quality gate. A poorly loaded container means damaged products, wasted space, and customs delays.

What we manage:

Consolidation: Multi-category, multi-supplier products merged into one container
Mixed loads: Different SKUs organized for efficient unloading at your warehouse
Loading supervision: Our team supervises loading, verifies carton counts, and checks container condition
Space optimization: Smart stacking to maximize CBM utilization and minimize empty space
Loading photos: Photo documentation of the loading process — empty container, half-loaded, full, sealed

Paperwork

Export Documentation

We prepare and provide all standard export documents. Specific documents may vary by destination and product type.

Official invoice with product descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and total value. Used for customs declaration.

Complete packing detail list with carton dimensions, weights, units per carton, and total CBM.

Certificate of Origin

COO certifying products are manufactured in China. May support preferential tariff rates for your market.

Bill of Lading

Transport document serving as receipt, contract of carriage, and (for sea freight) title document.

Packing Detail List

Provided before every shipment so you know exactly what's arriving and how it's packed.

Carton dimensions	Length × Width × Height in centimeters for each carton type
Gross weight	Total weight of each carton including products and packaging
Net weight	Product weight only, excluding packaging materials
Units per carton	Number of individual units packed in each carton
Total CBM	Total cubic meters occupied by the entire shipment
Total cartons	Total number of cartons across all SKUs
Total units	Sum of all individual units in the shipment

Financial

Payment Methods

Flexible payment options structured around your business cycle and order size. Global currencies accepted.

Standard

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

Bank wire transfer. Typical terms: 30% deposit with PO, 70% balance against copy of B/L (or before dispatch for air/express).

Secure

L/C (Letter of Credit)

Bank-guaranteed payment instrument. Suitable for larger orders and buyers who require bank-level payment security.

Flexible

OA (Open Account)

Open account terms available under agreed conditions for established buyers with track record. Payment after delivery.

We accept global currencies and other payment methods under agreed conditions. Payment terms are structured around your order size, buyer history, and business cycle. Discuss your payment needs with us.

Door-to-Door

DDP / DDU Options

For buyers who want delivery to their warehouse without managing international freight and customs.

DDP

Delivered Duty Paid

We handle everything: factory to your door, including ocean/air freight, import customs clearance, duties, and taxes. You receive goods ready for your warehouse.

No customs paperwork for you to manage

DDU / DAP

Delivered Duty Unpaid
